The sensor is not switching on
There may be no battery power in the sensor or the sensor may be damaged.
- If there is no battery power in the sensor, the usual double-press to switch the sensor on won't work.
- If this is the case, replace the battery. The sensor requires a CR2025 battery - please refer to the steps outlined in How do I change the battery?.
- Alternatively the sensor might be damaged. If this is the case, send an email to customer service using the email address shown below here. Note: Please retain your original receipt as you may be asked to provide a copy for proof of purchase.
Tip: The battery should last for 120 days at 8 hours per day, on average. Frequent synchronisation of data may deplete power more quickly.
